Data Protection on Demand will be performing Scheduled Maintenance on Sunday, Nov 13, 2022 between 15:00 and 15:30 UTC to make important updates to CipherTrust Key Broker for Google Cloud EKM in the European Region. This change will require a brief service disruption for users of the Key Broker for Google EKM service.

For greater clarity for users this maintenance is tracked separately from the Luna Cloud HSM maintenance.

What to expect on Nov 13

During the maintenance the Key Broker for Google EKM service will not respond to requests and as a result keys, key rings and key stores will be inaccessible. In addition to the service downtime, the Key Broker for Google Cloud EKM service dashboard will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

This activity will be performed between the following periods:
Planned Start Date: Nov 13 15:00 (UTC)
Planned End Date: Nov 13 15:30 (UTC)
Impact Duration: 30 minutes
