Luna Cloud HSM will be performing scheduled maintenance on February 11th 2024 to update systems to use a floating IP address.

Regions Impacted:
North America

Service Impact:
After the change, Luna Cloud HSM users may experience no route to host client errors for a period of up to 30 minutes until the new Cname records are propagated in the next DNS sync.

CDSPaaS users may experience service disruptions when calling APIs that require a connection to the HSM.

This activity will be performed between the following periods:
- Planned Start Date: February 11, 2024 17:00 (UTC)
- Planned End Date: February 11, 2024 18:00 (UTC)
- Impact Duration: up to 30 minutes
