At approximately 03:00 UTC on August 19th a service degradation affected Luna Cloud HSM traffic on the Frankfurt (HHN) Imperva POP which may have resulted in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity, intermittent packet loss and/or higher than expected latency to services.
