Thales Data Protection on Demand is changing the Identity Provider (IDP) used in the DPoD platform to Thales OneWelcome. Full details of the change can be found in the IDP Migration FAQ https://www.thalesdocs.com/dpod/resources/platform_resources/idp_migration_faq/index.html

Service Impacts:
During the maintenance period all DPoD Platform features and functions will be unavailable through the user interface and over the API.

Luna Cloud HSM services will continue to operate with no downtime during the maintenance window. Client authentication requests will be redirected to the new IDP when the migration is complete, as a result Luna Cloud HSM users may notice some additional retries if the token refresh coincides with the timing of the redirect.

Google EKMS Key Broker applications will be redeployed during the maintenance window. There will be downtime to the dataplane for few minutes during the window as a result.

payShield Cloud HSM service won't be impacted by this change.

CDSPaaS will continue to operate with no downtime during the maintenance window. If clicking on the "Manage your DPoD account" button opens the old DPoD URL, then refresh the CDSPaaS webpage and try again.
