Luna Cloud HSM experienced a disruption in our automated snapshot process in the EU region on August 19, 20, and 21, during which automated snapshot creation did not run as scheduled. Our team identified the issue and has now resolved it.

All snapshot services are back to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
