The maintenance is still in progress. The migration of the authentication service is completed however some internal services are still under maintenance. As a result new service provisioning remains unavailable while we complete the maintenance.

Data Protection on Demand will be performing scheduled maintenance on Jan 11th 2024 impacting authentication services in the EU region. This maintenance includes a change to the CA provider for the authentication service. For a brief 5 minute period during the 2 hour maintenance window, authentication services will be unavailable.

While the authentication service is unavailable, users will notice the following impacts;
- Users will not be able to login to the DPoD management portal. Users that are already logged in may notice some operations experiencing issues for a brief 5-minute period. If any problem is encountered, please re-try after waiting at least 5 minutes.
- HSM clients will be unable to fetch a new token. HSM clients with a valid token will operate normally. The token used by the HSM client is valid for 1 hour.

Should you experience any issues authenticating after the maintenance window is complete, ensure you have up to date Sectigo CA certificates https://www.sectigo.com/resource-library/sectigo-root-intermediate-certificate-files

This activity will be performed between the following periods:
Planned Start Date: Jan 11, 2024 19:00 (UTC)
Planned End Date: Jan 11, 2024 21:00 (UTC)
Impact Duration: Five minutes during the maintenance window
